About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Technology Enablement Specialist to join the Global Customer Office (GCO) Enablement & Onboarding team. This role is responsible for advancing our business goals by embedding AI into how we design and deliver learning, improving onboarding effectiveness, and driving measurable business impact.

You will play a key role in supporting development of enablement solutions for field readiness, translating onboarding and enablement needs into scalable, AI-powered tools and workflows that accelerate time to productivity and improve quality outcomes across our global GCO organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building practical, technology-driven solutions at the intersection of learning, operations, and AI—enhancing how teams learn, perform, and deliver for customers.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Translate onboarding and enablement needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions that support learning and performance outcomes.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation workflows) to improve learning delivery, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Reduce development time and enhance learner experience through automation and intelligent workflows.
  • Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to support alignment of solutions to business goals such as speed to productivity, quality, and adoption.
  • Build, test, and continuously improve solutions based on performance data and user feedback.
  • Partner with instructional design to embed tools into learning experiences, ensuring solutions are practical and integrated into delivery.
  • Build reporting (e.g., dashboards) to measure usage and adoption, effectiveness, and impact of solutions, and iterate based on insights.
  • Partner with Program Managers, Instructional Designers, and subject matter experts across Services, Support, and Transformation teams to support enablement initiatives.
  • Complete all administrative tasks, including required training, time tracking, project and task updates, status reporting, and communication, accurately and on time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Dayforce goals and objectives.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR 3+ years of experience in technology enablement, product enablement, or a solutions-focused role in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Outlook and Office applications
  • Hands-on experience using AI / LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) in business applications
  • Experience working with data (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar); SQL or database experience is a plus
  • Experience with content authoring and management systems (e.g., MadCap or similar) is an asset
  • Experience building or supporting automation, workflows, or scalable solutions
  • Solid technical foundation with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Interest in emerging technologies and applying them to improve how teams learn and work

  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations
  • Experience supporting onboarding, enablement, or customer-facing teams
