The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Technology Consultant to lead large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives for telecommunications clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong consulting, stakeholder management, and program delivery capabilities with deep expertise in OSS/BSS transformation, CRM modernization, enterprise integration, and digital transformation programs.

This role will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to define transformation strategies, shape future-state operating models, and oversee end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives that drive operational efficiency, customer experience improvements, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define digital transformation strategies, roadmaps, and business cases aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead business analysis activities, requirements gathering, process assessments, and future-state solution design across complex transformation programs.
• Facilitate workshops with executive and operational stakeholders to drive alignment on business priorities, transformation objectives, and solution outcomes.
• Advise clients on business process optimization, customer experience enhancements, and operating model transformation initiatives.
• Lead the design of scalable OSS/BSS and digital platform solutions across CRM, billing, provisioning, order management, customer service, and network ecosystems.
• Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions that support enterprise-wide transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure integration, scalability, security, and operational readiness of proposed solutions.
• Drive enterprise integration initiatives involving CRM, billing, provisioning, and downstream operational systems.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives from strategy and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Establish program governance structures, delivery frameworks, risk management processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure successful execution of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, business leaders, program sponsors, and technology teams.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver complex transformation programs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve delivery issues, and drive decision-making through steering committees and governance forums.
• Coach and mentor consultants and delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Required experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or program delivery roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong experience across OSS/BSS platforms, CRM transformation, enterprise integration, and digital customer journeys.
• Demonstrated expertise in business process transformation, solution design, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing complex programs involving multiple workstreams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM and telecom digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks and telecommunications business processes.
• Experience in Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, Product Management, Billing, and Provisioning domains.
• Experience with data migration, system modernization, and enterprise platform transformation initiatives.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) are advantageous.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive strategic decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
