Job Summary:
You will be instrumental in driving architecture that supports omni-channel order capture, orchestration, and fulfillment across complex telco ecosystems. This role demands a deep understanding of telecommunications processes, modern architectural practices, and hands-on
experience in cloud-native platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop end-to-end solutions within and across multiple Core Tribes aligning with business objectives. This includes creation of high-level designs HLD and low-level designs LLD) from the architecture blueprint, use of reusable assets from Centers of Enablement C4E, and co-design of user-centric experience interfaces.
- Lead the architecture of order capture and management systems based on TMF641 Service Ordering) and TMF622 Product Ordering) standards. Define and enforce architecture standards, guardrails, and governance within the Order Management domain.
- Collaborate with product owners, tribe leads, and delivery squads to decompose epics into technically feasible and scalable solution designs. Support development teams through architecture reviews, design documentation, and decision-making guidance.
- Evaluate and conduct feasibility assessments, perform gap analyses, and identify the optimal tech stack needed for the business demand to guide strategic product roadmap decisions. Ensure the designed solutions are secure, cost-effective, and optimized for cloud infrastructure AWS and GCP.
- Innovate: Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance and future-proof our solutions
Job Qualifications:
- At least 15 years of total experience, and with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture.
- Telecom domain expertise, especially in Order Management, BSS, and service fulfillment workflows.
- Proven experience with TM Forum standards, specifically TMF641 and TMF622.
- Strong proficiency in GoLang development or architecture of systems built on Go.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, preferably in AWS Aurora, Cassandra, and GCP environments.
- Experience working with MongoDB and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP).
- Experience in distributed systems, microservices design, and cloud orchestration.
- Hands-on background in designing APIs, including RESTful interfaces aligned with TMF Open APIs.
- Proven track record of working in Agile tribes/squads and DevOps-driven environments.
- Ability to bridge business objectives with technical constraints in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience leading cross-functional technical discussions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
