Job Summary:
The Customer Interaction Tribe is looking for a Solution Architect with a strong software development and full-stack engineering background. This tribe focuses on customer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, enabling seamless and engaging user interactions at scale. Weʼre looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise, hands-on coding experience, and architectural design acumen to drive the delivery of scalable, efficient, and intuitive customer solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop end-to-end systems for high-performance, scalable digital platforms that power customer interactions. Translate business requirements into modular, resilient, and secure architecture blueprints.
- Lead and bring a developer-first mindset, guiding teams in adopting clean code, scalable design, and performance optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with squads to design cloud-native, containerized applications with well-structured APIs, frontends, and backend services. Ensure strong alignment between frontend, backend, infrastructure, and DevOps layers for seamless delivery.
- Evaluate and perform architecture reviews, code optimization sessions, and advocate for quality-first development and testing practices.
- Innovate and drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, containerization best practices, and infrastructure-as-code across the delivery teams
Job Qualifications:
- At least 15 years of total experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a strong background as a Senior Developer (capable of designing and developing). Also open to Senior Developers willing to transition to architecture.
- Strong full-stack knowledge with real exposure to back-end, front-end, and infrastructure components.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of system design, software architecture, and design patterns.
- Deep experience in API design, database schema design (SQL & NoSQL), and scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and cloud-native strategies.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
- Nice to have: familiarity with mobile app and/or front-end web development.

- HTML/CSS for UI structuring and styling
