Job Description
Design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.
Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will spend your day designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your role involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure that solutions meet the required performance, capability, and scalability standards. You will engage in strategic planning and decision-making to support the successful implementation of technology initiatives, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with business goals and objectives. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance system capabilities and performance. - Lead architectural reviews and ensure compliance with established standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Banking. - Strong understanding of banking systems and their integration within enterprise architectures. - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions for financial services. - Proficient in evaluating and applying technology frameworks and methodologies relevant to banking. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical architectures. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive architectural consistency and innovation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Banking. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required
