This role requires defining solutions that address performance, capability, and scalability requirements, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business goals and technical standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of emerging technologies are integral parts of the daily activities to drive innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure alignment on architectural goals. - Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the architecture domain. - Continuously assess and improve architectural frameworks to support evolving business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Development. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture principles and design patterns. - Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with external systems and platforms. - Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable architecture. - Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards within Salesforce environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Manila office.
