Perform maintenance activities in a safe manner align with the Health and Safety Requirement of the company.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that plant equipment and auxiliary systems continue to operate smoothly and efficiently.
Perform repair or replacement of defective or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
Basic troubleshooting - assisting and supporting engineers in rectifying/improving plant assets.
Assist with the supervision of contractors involved in maintenance on site and maintain asset maintenance plans.
Attend to work orders allocated by Mechanical Engineers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Nitec/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in Power Plants, Petrochemical Plants or related industries will be advantageous.
Self-driven, with a good working attitude, and a good team player.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Possessing basic safety training like Manage Work at Height (MWAH), Supervise Confined Space Operation (SCSO) & Supervise Work in Safety & Health in Process Plant (SWSHPP) would be an advantage.
Possessing forklift driver license would be an advantage.
