About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Technician who will take ownership of our company's maintenance, equipment reliability, and facility operations.

This role is critical to ensuring our branches and operational sites remain functional, safe, and ready to serve customers.

You will work closely with Operations leadership to eliminate recurring technical bottlenecks and improve overall operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities: Technical & Equipment Management

• Lead troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities across branches and facilities.
• Ensure operational machines and equipment remain functional and available.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates Welcome
• Relevant work experience as an Electronic Technician or Machine Technician.
• Experience in repairing and maintaining washing machines or air conditioner
• Willing to perform field work and travel as needed.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, dependable, and capable of working independently.

Strong hands-on knowledge of:

• Mechanical systems
• Electrical systems
• Pipe lines
• Equipment troubleshooting
• Preventive maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
