TECHNICIAN MANAGER

Location: Makati City

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in technical operations or supervisory/management role
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Experience in medical equipment, biomedical equipment, or a related industry is an advantage
Willing to work on-site in Makati
Able to manage multiple technical tasks and projects

Job Requirements

Supervise and manage the daily activities of the technical team
Assign and monitor technicians work schedules and service requests
Ensure proper installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment
Monitor the quality and timely completion of technical services
Coordinate with Sales and other departments regarding technical requirements
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians
Prepare and monitor service reports, maintenance records, and other technical documents
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
Handle technical concerns and provide appropriate solutions
