Job Description
Responsible for repairs, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance (PMS),and the maintenance management of refrigeration units,freezers,exhaust systems,and air conditioning systems,and in store equipment.
Monitor maintenance technician and education to staff.Perform PMS and troubleshooting repairs and installions.
Assist with maintenance planning,reporting,and documentation.
Support administrative tasks related to repair records,schedule management,and spare parts monitoring
Collaborate with the Mall's facilities management department and external contractors as needed
Minimize equipment downtime at each branch location and ensure continuous operation.
Position requires leadership capability and strong troubleshooting skills
Must be able to work independently and handle emergency cases
Must have 4 wheels driver's license
