Job Description

Responsible for sustaining and maintaining electro-mechanical equipment, jigs, tooling, and logistics at Front of Line, End of

Line (Back End) or Test assembly.

Performs electrical, electronics, or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electromechanical

equipment used in the manufacturing process. Perform PM as assigned.

Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals,

rough sketches, or drawings.

  • Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.
  • May perform equipment modifications and projects as directed by the manufacturing engineer, supervisor, or manager.

Requirements/Qualifications

Education:

  • Electronics/Electrical-, Electromechanical- / Mechatronics- / Instrumentation & Control- Technology or Engineering

Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in
  • Semiconductor company, assigned either in Front of Line or End of Line (Back End), or Test Assembly

Other Requirements

  • With skills in electro-mechanical troubleshooting of equipment
  • Knowledge in basic computer, hardware, and applications like Windows, MS Office, other software, and Basic PLC
  • Good attitude and conduct can extend his working hours if the need arises.
