Job Description:

Job Summary

Provide manufacturing support in product set-up and problem isolation. Perform verification and first level root cause analysis on yield and quality issues during production test. Other responsibilities also include necessary support to help meet / exceed the company goals in product, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost and support the production line to help achieve the development goals.

  • Perform basic set-up and isolation procedures to support manufacturing.
  • Provide support on verification and disposition of hold lots/LRR and non-conforming lots.
  • Perform 1st level engineering verification and analysis.
  • Perform visual mechanical rejects verification and validation.
  • Perform in-line and off-line verification of production issues and initial analysis of non-conforming lots or hold lots/LRR.
  • Perform in-line and off-line verification of QA failed lots.
  • Provide engineering support on improvement projects.
  • Provide support in qualification evaluation/activity of new process flow/material/device/test program/test board.
  • Provide engineering support in the investigation and implementation of actions for quality improvement.
  • Provide support to Production to achieve plant and departmental goals.
  • Conduct line monitoring and escalate non-conformance or concerns.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Education Level

BS Electronics Technology or any related technical/vocational courses

Working experience

At least four (4) years of work experience from Semiconductor/Electronics Company

  • Good in electronics fundamentals and analytical skills.
  • Good in oral and written communication.
  • Proficient use of computer software such as MS Office.
  • Team player and can communicate effectively with others.
  • Ability to work independently and systematically.
  • Basic knowledge in programming language such C, or C++ would be an advantage
  • Familiarity on RF, Mixed Signal and Digital product testing.
  • Hands-on working experience in ATE such as Nextest testers (PT, HD, GT, and VT), Credence D10, LTX Fusion, M3650, M3300, LTX DiamondX, Spea C600, Advantest V93K, Teradyne and other equivalent ATE.
