Job Description

Summary of the Role:

As a PHO SCI and Physical Characterization Technician III, you will be responsible for executing and evaluating test scripts, ensuring that testers remain within control limits, and conducting daily control monitoring. You will extract raw data from experiments, provide initial analysis, and offer feedback based on specific test requirements. This role requires performing tester maintenance, identifying issues that could delay testing or affect results, and updating engineers on delays or problems encountered. Additionally, this role work closely with engineers and technical specialist regarding SDET testing control schedule and execution, actual testing results, when issue arises affecting the timely movement of key experiments.

Job Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:

  • Execute and evaluate test script.
  • Ensures testers are in control and are within the specified control limit.
  • Perform tester GR&R and daily control monitoring.
  • Extract Raw data in each experiments and generates the initial data package and feedback initial assessment about the result in according to the specific test requirements.
  • Perform daily and periodic maintenance.
  • Provide initial analysis on test parameters.
  • Ensures test plan are followed and executed.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience:

  • Graduate of any technology course, with atleast 1 year professional experience in testing or maintenance function.
  • Technical experience in testing, Thermal Chamber operation and maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Industry exposure in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing setup is highly preferred.

Tools and Application Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical tool particularly Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, or JMP.

Skills and Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to plan and schedule workflow for each operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
  • Ability to analyze manufacturing parameters and plant capacity data, and performing mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, others.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Can perform quick but accurate mathematical assessments
  • Strong initiative and desire for self-improvement
