Job Description:

  • Comply with company's quality policy and standard code of conduct or guiding values.
  • Provide daily or shift report to Equipment Engineer.
  • Machine setup and repair, monitor and ensure equipment are always operational and available for production use.
  • Ensure that PM and Calibration requirements are always updated.
  • Collaboration with operators and engineering in resolving quality issue (machine and process related).
  • Responsible in updating downtime and uptime reports thru R7/R8 system, active participation in AM-PM programs and 5S programs.
  • Implement good housekeeping inside the production line including maintenance rooms.
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering field or the equivalent in experience.
  • More than 3 years of experience as Assembly Line Sustaining Technician
  • Experience in handling various equipment used in assembly of QFN, TQFP and SOIC packages.
  • Knowledgeable in various machines for Backgrind, Wafer Saw, DA, WB, molding, plating, marking and packing.
  • Familiar with quality system such as TS16949, HSPM.
  • Familiar with failure analysis techniques.
  • Ability to manage workload while contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Skilled with common workplace software (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task across various tasks with shifting priorities.
  • Availability for off-hours calls.
