Job Description
- Job Description Responsible in sustaining and maintenance of electro mechanical equipment, jigs, tooling and logistics at Front of Line, End of Line (Back End) or Test assembly.
- Qualifications/Requirements Electronics/Electrical-, Electromechanical- / Mechatronics- / Instrumentation & Control- Technology or Engineering
At least 5 yrs of experience in Semiconductor company, assigned either in Front of Line or End of Line (Back End) or Test Assembly
Requirements/Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in drafting, design technology, or a related field.
