Job Description:

1. Performs conversion set-up and buy-off of machines and equipment to support production operation needs and ensures high quality product and fast cycle time.

2. Performs routine maintenance repair and sustain maintenance on strip test equipment.

3. Records all repair and maintenance work done including spare parts used for purposes of monitoring equipment utilization and maintaining accurate data.

4. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement solutions to restore equipment functionality.

5. Performs Preventive maintenance on assigned machines.

6. Comply with the Standard Operating Procedure and follow rules and regulations set by the Company.

7. Implement equipment improvement projects to improve capabilities and reliability of equipment.

8.5S compliance within the area of responsibility.

9.Effective troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime and

deplete inventories.

10. Work closely with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedule and address equipment efficiency

Requirements/Qualifications:

Education Level

Technical/associate degree in electronics, mechanical, electrical, computer, and another related course.

Working experience

1 year of related experience is an advantage.

Other Requirements

Can read and interpret machine diagrams.

With Basic Knowledge in test Handler and Tester Machine is advantage

Ability to perform tasks with precision and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
