Job Description
Job Summary:
This role involves performing regular checking, maintaining and sustaining Equipment/ Machine to optimum condition.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of machines and equipment's to ensure optimal performance.
- Carry out maintenance problems, failures and replacement of parts to correct malfunctions.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment such as Saw/Dicing, Laser mark machine.
- Assist in equipment installation, calibration, qualifications and improvements to improve efficiency and safety.
- Performed machine conversion, set ups and buy off machines and equipment's to support operation needs and ensure high quality product and fast cycle time.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs. Document production and equipment performance data for reporting and analysis. Implement equipment improvement projects to improve capabilities and reliability of equipment.
- Comply with the Standard Operating Procedure and follow rules and regulations set by the Company.
- Ensure 5S compliance within the area of responsibility.
Requirements/Qualifications
Education Level
Technical/associate degree in electronics, mechanical, electrical, computer, and another related course.
Working Experience
With 2 years of experience in semiconductor processing equipment or related field.
Other Requirements
- Can read and interpret machine diagrams.
- With Basic Knowledge in Saw/Dicing and Laser Mark Machine is advantage
- Ability to perform tasks with precision and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
