Job Description:

  • Provides test operations the necessary technical support to sustain the efficient operation.
  • Support equipment qualification and machine buy-off and ensure full compliance to the operations.
  • Support the attainment of the overall equipment effectiveness such as Utilization and MTBA
  • Ensures compliance to quality systems by complying with procedures and specifications
  • 5S compliance within the area of responsibility.
  • Responsible to carry out PM instructions, activities and strategies written in Preventive Maintenance (PM) Specification.
  • Escalation of major technical issues to shift leaders.
  • Comply Standard Operating Procedure and follow rules and regulation set by the Company.
  • Understand and observe the Microchip vision, mission, and guiding values always.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Graduate of at least 2-year Technical Course, Electromechanical, Electronics or Mechanical Technology.

With a minimum 1-year experience in the area or same field

Other Requirements

  • Good technical skills and knowledge
  • Proficient use of computer software such as MS Office.
  • Hard working, highly energetic and self-motivated
  • Can accommodate flexible time and willingness to render overtime
  • Team player & can communicate effectively with others.
