The Facilities Technician 2 will report to the Manager of Facilities Operations and Maintenance.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical,
electrical, and other installed system.
- Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical
equipment, CDA systems, PVAC system, and building repair.
- Perform facility inspections and report the condition that will affect facilities operation.
- Monitor and supervise Facilities preventive Maintenance agreement.
- Respond to emergency issues.
- Prepare and submit summary reports of facilities system condition with recommended actions.
- Review and understand equipment operation, BMS system, HVAC system, CDA system, PVAC system, RODI system and other systems.
- Comply with all safety procedure and requirement.
- Support any afterhours Facilities operation and maintenance needs and activities as per need.
- Attend training sessions and seminar.
- Attend to other assigned tasks as requested.
Qualifications
- High School diploma and Technical Certification related to Facilites system
- 2 - 3 years of manufacturing experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Can communicate effectively
- Excellent troubleshooting skill
Can generate detailed and accurate report
