Primary Function:

Responsible in performing ATE test activities in support for the Failure analysis and work to achieve the FA lab goals.

Educational Background:

At least High School Graduate.

Preferably 2-yr Technology graduate/undergraduate

Experience: Preferably with 1 year semiconductor experience, with background on Visual inspection

Knowledge, skill and abilities:

  • Computer literate
  • Organized and has keen attention to details
  • Can operate Tester equipment
  • Can collaborate well with other people in order to secure tester allocation and Test setup.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide training, guidance and assistance to new hires.
  • Share expertise to peers and customers especially for challenging cases. Develop process improvements to improve on quality and efficiency to support FA key metrics.
  • Perform and document ATE test results as defined in the received FA Request form.
  • Perform Setup sheet review to verify the correct Tester and Hardware to be able to test the unit properly.
  • Coordinate with corresponding Planners and Engineering team to secure tester allocation.
  • Secure the correct Hard wares from the Hardware Control. Perform Hardware setup verification, fault isolation and communicate with the Test Engineering team if further validation is needed.
  • Perform ATE testing in a timely manner.
  • Generate and publish report results and summary for each job request to stakeholders.
  • Respond to email inquiries.
  • Perform assigned ATE roles and tasks.
  • Maintain good housekeeping of workplace all the time.
  • Ensure that the company's commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
