  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Analyze equipment malfunctions and perform troubleshooting to identify the root cause of issues.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to resolve equipment problems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing support groups to implement equipment improvement activities.
  • Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to standard operating procedures while performing equipment maintenance tasks.
  • Responsible for the setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers used for Wafer Level Dicing Saw, AOI, Mount, Tape and Reel manufacturing equipment. These include automated handlers sub-assemblies and related components or parts
