Role Overview
Do you have a talent for creating clear, user-friendly instructions Can you translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand content Are you comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to develop accurate, comprehensive, and user-focused documentation, including user guides, help content, and instructional materials for a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain user guides, help documentation, and instructional content
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise language
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to gather and validate information
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all documentation
- Contribute to multimedia content, including instructional videos
- Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field OR Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related discipline
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in technical writing or writing for technical/diagnostic content
- Experience working in a structured authoring environment is preferred
