Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer and B2B Content Strategist to develop, manage, and scale high-quality technical and marketing documentation for complex enterprise platforms. This role bridges engineering, product, and marketing, turning complex technical systems into clear, authoritative, and search-optimized content for customers, developers, sales teams, and partners.
You will own the creation of technical manuals, API documentation, tutorials, product guides, and SEO-optimized content that explains sophisticated platforms such as CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, APIs, data pipelines, and telecom infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Documentation
- Create and maintain:
- Product manuals
- User guides
- Admin and operations guides
- API documentation
- Integration and onboarding guides
- Translate complex engineering workflows into:
- Step-by-step instructions
- Visual workflows
- Clear technical explanations
- Maintain documentation versioning and change logs
Tutorials & Knowledge Base
- Produce:
- Setup guides
- Troubleshooting articles
- Best-practice workflows
- How-to tutorials
- Build and organize a searchable knowledge base
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content
B2B Product & Sales Content
- Develop:
- Technical product overviews
- Feature explanations
- RFP and compliance-supporting documentation
- Sales-enablement technical content
- Support enterprise sales cycles by providing:
- Architecture explanations
- Security and compliance descriptions
- Operational workflows
SEO & Content Strategy
- Write search-optimized technical content for:
- Product pages
- Integration pages
- Industry use cases
- API and developer resources
- Conduct keyword research and optimize:
- Technical blogs
- Tutorials
- Product documentation
- Ensure all content supports inbound demand generation and discoverability
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Writing
- 4+ years of experience in:
