Creation and updating of customer-oriented technical information documents with a focus on instructions for use and manuals.
Continuous improvement of processes in this area
Responsibilities
Carrying out all necessary tasks for the creation and updating of customer-oriented technical information documents like, for example, instructions for use and manuals, from receipt of the order to the finished document in all required languages.
These tasks include:
o Checking, verifying, and, if necessary, completing the information provided
o Creating content in text and graphics and implementing it in the relevant
documents using the relevant systems (e.g. Schema ST4)
o Initiating and managing associated processes such as translation and release
Coordinating the necessary tasks, scheduling, and prioritising incoming orders in consultation with interfaces and line managers.
Interface management with functions mainly in Global Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Packaging
Developing improvement proposals for processes in the field of Technical Documentation
Implementing and ensuring compliance with the provisions of the safety manual, the personnel manual and with regulatory requirements
