Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear and user-friendly documentation for ERP systems and related applications. The role involves preparing manuals, process guides, and technical documents while working closely with developers and business users to ensure accurate and updated documentation.
Document Writers
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of technical documents
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information
Write, edit and proofread technical documents such as Project Management Plan, Business Requirement, Systems Requirements Document, Solution Design, etc.
Assist the Training and Documentation Manager in creating the document for UAT, End Users, and other stakeholders to meet the client's content requirements.
Simplify technical terms into language non-experts can understand
Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years experience in project documentation writing.
Minimum of one (1) year training related to technical writing.
Minimum of one (1) year exposure to financial services projects.
With experience in project implementation using Agile methodology is an advantage
With knowledge in cloud platforms applications is an advantage
Familiar with Oracle Fusion Cloud application is an advantage
Willing to report onsite at the client's office (Macapagal Ave. / Buendia) everyday
Strong writing and editing skills
Attention to detail is a must
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Familiar with documentation tools (eg. Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.)
