Requirement:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Psychology, Social Science, Sociology, or any related field.
- Candidates should have experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industry.
- At least five (5) years of experience in delivering technical training within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to analyze training data and assess program outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Must have experience facilitating or supporting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Strong ability to design and develop technical training materials and course content.
