Technical Training Officer (Isuzu)

The Technical Training Officer for ACMobility - Isuzu manages and administers the overall training activities within the company policies and guidelines including training needs analysis, executing the training programs and evaluating the result with the objective of attaining the target skills and competencies of each service personnel.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education Major in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or other related courses

Relevant Experience

At least 3 years of automotive technical training experience

Licenses / Certifications

NCIII, Driver's license, Training certification is a plus

Business Understanding

Expertise in automotive technologies, ability to design and develop training programs including course content and materials

Leadership / Behavioral Skills

Verbal and written communication skills, Problem-Solving capabilities, Customer Focus, Continuous improvement mindset

Functional Competencies
