Under the direct supervision of the Manager for HR/Admin/Training, the Training Head is responsible for ensuring that all planned training for newly hired, cross trained, transferred and skill enhancement are properly implemented.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineering graduate; preferably ECE, EE or equivalent with management background.
5-10 years technical experience in Electronics Assembly plant, with an equal length of experience in handling people on a managerial, or at least, supervisory level.
Must know how to use internet to use as reference for any technical information that maybe needed, basic knowledge of Excel, Word and power point to use for presentation.
Good analytical ability, quick correlation of cause and effect, improvisation of corrective measures to meet unexpected developments needed, good snap judgment and decisiveness a must.
