Summary of the Role:

As a Technical Learning and Content Development Creator, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality educational content that empowers our employees to learn and grow in their technical roles. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning materials.

Key Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:

  • Support Thailand and Philippines Head Operations to develop and design technical training content, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, webinars, and written documentation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Utilize instructional design principles and learning models to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Continuously evaluate and update training materials to reflect the latest technology trends and best practices.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay current with advancements in technology and learning methodologies.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with master's degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Atleast 5 years experience in the learning and development space.
  • Proven experience in creating technical training content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational team environment.

Tools, Systems and Application Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and frameworks and adult learning theories.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia editing software.
  • Experience in AI authoring tools.
  • Proficiency in film and still editing tools

Skills and Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to assess skills gaps and training needs across various job roles.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories, blended learning, and modern instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience in creating engaging training materials using various formats
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms like Cornerstone for uploading, managing, and tracking learning content.
  • Ability to deliver and facilitate training sessions in a compelling and interactive manner.
  • Experience in developing and implementing technical training for employees and managers.
  • Skill in curating learning playlists and training rosters aligned with job descriptions.
  • Ability to work with Business Leaders, HR, and external vendors to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Managing multiple training initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness.
  • Strong ability to present training content in an engaging and effective manner.
  • Ability to analyze learning trends, measure training effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
