Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert-led Salesforce training programs for corporate and enterprise clients covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Provide in-depth training on Salesforce Administration, Configuration, Customization, Security Model, Data Management, and Reporting & Dashboards.
- Train participants on Salesforce Development concepts including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Integration techniques.
- Conduct hands-on sessions on Campaign Management, Customer Journey Builder, Automation Tools (Flow, Process Builder), and AppExchange integrations.
- Design and develop structured course materials, labs, case studies, and real-time project scenarios.
- Mentor and guide learners throughout the training lifecycle, conduct assessments, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce) and ecosystem tools.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience designing engaging learning materials including practical labs and real-time use cases.
