Job Description

Job Summary

The Trainers are responsible for the global rollout, onboarding, and sustained adoption of RX's new customer segmentation platform (CDP). These roles will ensure that Marketing and Data teams across regions are equipped with the skills, confidence, and best practices required to use the new platform effectively, consistently, and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Enablement

  • Deliver go-live training for each Business Unit as they onboard to the CDP
  • Design and deliver hands-on training sessions covering:
    • Segmentation skills
    • Behavioral and audience-based targeting
    • Best practices for data usage and governance
  • Run workshops tailored to different maturity levels (Marketing users, Data specialists, advanced users)
  • Provide refresher training and future-release training as new capabilities are introduced
Global Rollout Support

  • Support simultaneous onboarding across multiple regions and time zones
  • Partner closely with GME, BU Marketing, and Data teams during wave-based rollouts
  • Ensure consistent training standards and adoption across all regions and Business Units

Adoption & Capability Building

  • Act as a subject-matter expert on CDP functionality and segmentation use cases
  • Promote consistent and compliant usage of the platform
  • Identify adoption gaps and proactively address capability issues
  • Support the transition from project-based delivery to BAU ownership by business teams

Enablement Assets & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and playbooks
  • Capture feedback from training sessions to improve content and delivery
  • Help embed CDP knowledge into ongoing Marketing and Data operating models

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of at least 5-7 years in training delivery
  • Proven experience delivering system, platform, or MarTech training at scale
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing data, or CDP concepts
  • Experience training non-technical and technical audiences
  • Confident facilitator with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Comfortable supporting users during live rollouts and high-change environments
  • Experience with CDPs, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools
  • Background in Marketing Operations, Data, or Digital Enablement
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology transformations
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
