This job will be responsible for the effective implementation of the technical training activities with particular focus on skilled workers.
The Technical Trainer shall collaborate with the L&D Lead in:
Creating the overall technical training plan and implementation strategy
Analyzing and evaluating the technical training courses and programs
The Technical Trainer shall also be responsible for:
Designing, developing and delivering supplemental technical skills enhancement training for workers. This would include course materials (handouts, presentation materials etc.) and assessment tools to evaluate learners.
Liaising with TESDA, third party technical training providers and assessment centers to ensure competency requirements for skilled workers on identified construction programs are met
Communicating the TESDA NCII requirements for construction-related programs (carpentry, masonry, welding, scaffolding, etc.) to the project management team, as well as lead the effort to ensure skilled workers meet the required competencies
