Job Description

Job Title: Technical Trainer (Java, C++)

Location: Manila, Philippines

Work Setup: Onsite/Hybrid (depending on project)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Trainer with strong knowledge in Java and C++ to deliver training sessions, support learning programs, and help develop technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on Java and C++
  • Prepare training materials, modules, and exercises
  • Assess trainee performance and provide feedback
  • Support learners through coaching and mentoring
  • Update and improve training content based on industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams for training requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Java and C++
  • Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (formal or informal)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in curriculum development
  • Background in software development
  • Experience handling bootcamps or training programs
