Job Summary

The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified technical professionals to support organizational hiring requirements. This role focuses on pipeline generation, passive candidate engagement, and strategic sourcing initiatives for technology and telecommunications-related positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for technical, IT infrastructure, network, engineering, and corporate support roles.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct talent research and industry mapping within the tech and telco sectors.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to meet hiring timelines and workforce demands.
  • Build strong candidate relationships and maintain talent communities.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms and social media channels for candidate generation.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of sourcing activities and candidate status updates.
  • Assist in recruitment marketing and talent engagement programs.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Must have background from a Tech, IT, or Telecommunications company.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably for technical hiring.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and recruitment systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume hiring environment.
