- Amenable to work on a Night Shift Schedule
- At least1-3 years of experience in a customer-focused, technical support environment
- Has experience in providing support via email and phone
- REQUIRED- Work experience introubleshooting SaaS application
- REQUIRED- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and XML
- Experience withSalesforce.com Service Cloud knowledge a plus
- Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
