Specific position: Technical Support I SQL (Fresher)
The salary range on this post is NOT the actual Budget of our client. Salary offer depends on your skills and experience and for approval of our client's management. They can still negotiate you.
- Graduate ofBachelor's Degree
- Willing to beoncall during weekends and scheduled holidays as part of a rotating on-call support schedule
- Willing to work on a Night shift (PH Time) Schedule
- Amenable to work FULLY onsite in Ortigas, Pasig; hybrid Set-up
- At least 2 years ofcustomer service experience
- Familiar withproper phone etiquette
- Knowledge ofcustomer service principles and practices
- Effective listening skills
- Basicunderstanding of MS Access & Windows 2008-2012 server configuration Strong background /experience with SQL environment (MySQL & SQL Server), IIS Web Services (non-negotiable)
- Experience in resolving issues with integrated software/hardware solutions at the enterprise level
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
