The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced Technical Support to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role is responsible for performing weekly data center checks for physical security and environment conditions. Also, ensures smooth IT Operations and contributing to the effectiveness of organizational IT initiatives, focusing on optimizing computer hardware system.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Responding promptly to user inquiries and concerns in timely manner.
- Assisting with data center maintenance activities as needed, following established procedures and safety protocols.
- Escalating potential security incidents to the security team for further investigation and response.
- Working with the higher-level support to escalate complex issues, implement solutions, and ensure alignment with overall IT strategy
- Interacts directly with the end users to understand their technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Promote remote assistance to customers through phone, email, chat or remote desktop tools.
- Assist with configuring software applications, setting up hardware devices, and troubleshooting compatibility issues.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. They adhere to service legal agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on recurring issues and customer feedback.
Ideally, a candidate must have bachelor's degree in any Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields. With at least two (2) years of experience as System Analyst or equivalent IT experience.
