Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati for a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and striving to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Team members will work closely with customers to provide support and ensure high levels of satisfaction with products and services provided by TELUS Digital clients.

- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and addressing customer needs effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
