Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, the role includes creating and maintaining documentation, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems, and contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing technical issues, troubleshooting, and providing effective resolutions
- Familiarity with customer service principles and ticketing systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of software and hardware systems, along with an understanding of automation technologies
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks
- Previous experience in technical support or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred
- Certification in relevant technical support or IT fields is a plus (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL)
