Salary Package: Up to Php 29,000 (Php 23,000 Basic + Php 6,000 allowance) + Night Diff with salary increase upon regularization

About the Role

Location: Vertis North, Quezon City (Onsite)

Role: Technical Support Representative

Schedule: Shifting (including weekends/holidays)

Start Date: March (3rd week target)

Responsibilities

• Handle technical concerns via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot hardware/software and POS-related issues
• Document cases using CRM/ticketing tools
• Deliver clear and professional customer support

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Technical Support/BPO experience
• Basic troubleshooting & OS knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City

Pay range and compensation package

Salary Package: Up to Php 29,000 (Php 23,000 Basic + Php 6,000 allowance + nigh diff)
