Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist based in Bulacan. The role involves providing technical support to clients, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues, conducting troubleshooting, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The specialist will also assist clients with inquiries, deliver effective solutions, and maintain records of customer interactions to improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Open for Fresh Graduates or Experienced Candidates.
  • Bachelor's degree, college undergraduate, or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and technical understanding.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to build positive customer relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work Night Shift.
  • Willing to be assigned in Malolos City, Philippines.
  • Fast learner, organized, adaptable, and eager to grow.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and customer assistance via phone, email, or chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed.
