WE'RE HIRING: TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES (TSR) – GLOBAL PAYMENTS!

We're currently hiring Technical Support Representatives for Global Payments, and I'd love to connect with candidates who have experience in IT Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.

Here's what you can expect:

Position: Technical Support Representative (TSR)

Basic Salary: ₱22,000/month

MTA Allowance: ₱6,000/month

Total Monthly Package: ₱28,000

Work Location: Vertis North, Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite initially, with hybrid arrangement upon regularization

Schedule: Shifting (morning, mid, or graveyard)

Target Start: November 2

Who are we looking for

Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in any of the following:

- IT Help Desk / Service Desk

- Technical Support / Technical Support Representative

- Desktop Support / IT Support

- Hardware and Software Troubleshooting

- Network or Connectivity Support

Key qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

- Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to assist customers, identify technical concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

- Willingness to work onsite and shifting schedules.

Experience in BPO technical support, payment processing, merchant services, or POS support is an advantage.

BPO experience is NOT mandatory. Candidates with relevant corporate IT support or help desk experience are welcome to apply!
