Technical Support Specialist

• Graduate of any 4 year computer related course
• Performs the preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, installation of computer units and telecommunication system.
• With knowledge and exposure in the Management of Windows Server (AD,DHCP, etc) O365, VMware and backup (Veeam)
• Help in the Management and maintenance of windows server ( Physical and Virtual machine)
• Help in the management of email system ( Mdaemon and O365)
• Help in the data backup/restore (Veeam)
• Help in the day to day server operation.
• Resolve server related issues.

1.) Responsible in keeping computers, peripheral devices and other related equipments in good condition

2.) Cleans virus infected computer units

3.) Handles the actual trouble shooting of computer equipments, isolating the problems area and doing the necessary repair job

4.) Maintains and troubleshoots telecommunication system

5.) Performs actual set up of computer units including the installation of the basic software needed

6.) Assembles and tests new computer acquisitions
