Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers for international home appliances.
  • Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to products.

Job Requirements

  • Accepting SHS graduates (new curriculum) and at least college-level (old curriculum)
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Customer Service or Technical Support Representative in a BPO setting.
  • Must have experience handling blended support accounts (voice and non-voice)
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and local public holidays, as required
  • Must be amenable to work on-site in McKinley, Taguig City
