Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a
Technical Support Representative who can work with us full-time and on-site!
Where Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu
Some of the things we'd expect you to do are to
- Answer phone calls, emails and chats from customers having problems with a product
- Explain how to repair technical issues in a way that the customer can understand with step-by-step instructions
- Help customers set up computer software or run applications
- Find solutions for customers and recommend new products if needed
Requirements
We would need you to be or have the following
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or something similar is preferable
- Experienced in customer service or tech support, particularly in SaaS or Software Business Support
- Experienced in Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet
- Excellent oral communication skills that allow them to explain complex processes to anyone who needs help
- Ability to read user guides to help implement solutions to a problem
- Knowledge of recording and organizing solutions logs for future use or to help other technical support workers
