What you'll be doing
Providing friendly, efficient and knowledgeable technical support to customers via phone, email and chat
Troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of software-related issues in a timely manner
Documenting customer interactions and following up to ensure complete issue resolution
Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved cases to senior support specialists
Continuously expanding your product knowledge to better assist customers
Contributing ideas to improve our support processes and enhance the customer experience

Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably within a call centre environment
Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
