Your Role
As a Technical Support Representative, you will:
- Interact daily with end users, IT teams, and third-party vendors via email, phone, and screenshare support.
- Apply knowledge of applications to interpret, troubleshoot, and resolve client support issues effectively.
- Support back-end applications including Spectra (NA/EMEA), Prisma, API, and FTP-related concerns.
- Collaborate with internal global teams to resolve escalated system issues and support key projects and initiatives.
- Monitor support tickets, comply with SLAs, and ensure support metrics are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- Analyze how clients utilize data and coordinate with internal teams to address client-specific needs.
- Assist in gathering and prioritizing KPIs and reporting operational insights to upper management.
- Support client-related projects and maintain strong communication with stakeholders across regions.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Experience in technical support, application support, or client support environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and some holidays to support global clients
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience supporting applications such as Spectra or Prisma
- Familiarity with API and FTP troubleshooting
- Experience working with global stakeholders or enterprise clients
- Knowledge of SLA-driven support environments and ticketing systems
- Ability to manage escalations and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
