Job Description

  • With at least 6 months solid Technical Support experience in ISP/Telco Background.
  • Must have technical experience (hands on technical support experience in ISP or other tech accounts)
  • Average communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability including active listening, conflict resolution and customer empathy
  • Candidate can perform assigned tasks and projects quickly, accurately and expert!
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Willing to work on site in McKinley, Taguig
  • Must be amenable to start ASAP
