Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Operator based in Clark Pampanga. The Technical Support Operator will be responsible for providing hands-on preventive maintenance, performing equipment checks and repairs, conducting training for proper equipment usage, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a manufacturing setting. The role involves supporting the operational stability and optimal performance of client systems while adhering to operational standards.

  • Excellent in written and oral communication skills in English
  • Shifting schedule (24/7 Daily shift and Night shit)
  • Flexibility to support adjustments to work schedules
  • Excellent team worker
