Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and proactive talent sourcing.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and provide market insights and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, managing interview logistics, and keeping accurate recruitment records and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
